Send your date, venue, colors and favorite menu items through the quote form. An inquiry does not hold a date.02 Agree on the details
We check availability and send an itemized quote covering the design, delivery, setup, stand collection and applicable tax. Quotes are valid for seven days, subject to availability.03 Reserve your date
Once the quote and terms are agreed, 50% is due to reserve the date and the balance is due seven days before the event. For bookings within seven days, full payment is due when accepted. Your booking is confirmed in writing after the required payment. No payment is taken through this form.

Where do you deliver?
We’re based in Huntington Beach and quote deliveries across Orange County. Travel starts at $25; the total depends on all delivery and collection trips, driving time, parking and access.Can I choose the colors?
Yes. The menu includes up to three standard colors. Your quote confirms the selected finishes, foil designs and final total.Can I order a gift or a custom package?
Yes. Tell us the occasion, delivery city, preferred date, colors and budget. For a bouquet, include the recipient’s availability and the message you would like. We confirm the exact contents and full price before booking. No customer pickup is offered.What happens to the stands?
Our column stands remain BonBon’s property. We agree on a collection window and access before booking. Ordinary wear is ours; any responsibility for loss or damage and the maximum replacement amount must be agreed in the quote.Can you set up outdoors?
Our standard column prices cover indoor placement. Outdoor requests need a separate site and weather plan, with an agreed indoor alternative where possible.What if my plans change?
Email [email protected] as soon as possible. Changes and new dates depend on availability and a revised quote. If you cancel, we refund payments beyond reasonable, documented custom-material costs we cannot recover and work already completed, as disclosed in your accepted quote. We provide an itemized breakdown and refund unused delivery and unperformed work; there is no automatic forfeiture of your full payment.What if BonBon needs to cancel?
If we cannot provide the agreed service, we refund payments for the items and services we cannot provide. Any alternative date or design is your choice.Does the form reserve my date?
No. Availability, the written quote, booking terms and required payment must be confirmed first. We never charge a saved card automatically.
